Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The problem lies with the tornado of chores to do before hitting the office. For those who need breakfast on the run, try the Berry Yogurt Smoothie. Blend one cup of blackberries and one cup of strawberries in a blender. Add two cups of plain yogurt, one spoon of honey and a dash of milk. Mix well and enjoy the smooth taste of a healthy breakfast on the go. The Berry Yogurt Smoothie can be complimented with muesli or cracker bread.
For those who have time for a sit-down breakfast, a Creamed Mushroom Omelette can bring happiness to any tummy! To make the cream sauce, melt two spoons of butter in a pan. Add two spoons of flour and stir until smooth. Add milk to the flour mixture until light and soft and sprinkle cheese over the sauce to melt. Fry a cup of button mushrooms in a pan with a dash of butter. Throw the cream sauce with the mushrooms and mix well.
